You'll get 2 meals per week.
 
Each meal consists of a main course and two sides. There's a weekly dessert included, too.
Your personalized menu is changing each week and you'll get to preview the menu to make sure you'll get the delicious food you want..
 
The price includes planning the menu according to your wishes, shopping the ingredients, bringing in all equipment I'll need for cooking in your home, glass containers with BPA-free lids for food storange, and cleaning of the used spaces afterwards (I use handcrafted natural cleaners made in Atlanta by Squeaky Clean).
 
For an easy experience for all of us, I'll need access to your kitchen with an oven, a stove, a fridge, and free countertop space. Please make sure that no kids and/or pets come into the kitchen while I'm working. I'll be in your kitchen for about 3-4 hours.
 
After booking the In-house Meal Prep for the first time, Chef Elisa will contact you to ask about any dietary restrictions they need to consider when making your food. It's also very helpful to know what some of your favorite foods are and if there are any ingredients you are not too fond of.
